About the Role 

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and caring Cleaner / Nanny to support a household in North Cyprus. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean, organized home environment and provide attentive, responsible childcare. This role requires someone trustworthy, proactive, and able to manage household tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities 

Cleaning & Housekeeping 

• General cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Deep cleaning one room each day. 

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting 

• Laundry: washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization 

• Changing bed linens and maintaining a hygienic environment 

• Organizing storage areas and maintaining household order 

• Deep cleaning tasks as needed 

• Maintaining cleaning supplies and notifying the employer when restocking is needed 

Childcare / Nanny Duties 

• Supervising and ensuring the safety of children at all times outside of school hours and full time during the weekends. 

• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for children 

• Assisting with feeding, bathing, dressing, and bedtime routines 

• Planning age-appropriate activities, playtime, and educational support 

• School or nursery drop-offs/pickups (if required) 

• Keeping children’s areas clean and organized 

• Communicating daily updates to parents

Requirements 

• Previous experience as a professional cleaner and nanny. 

• Strong references 

• Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual 

• Good communication skills 

• Basic English or Turkish preferred 

• Ability to work independently 

• Love for children and a positive attitude 

• (Optional) Valid driving license 

• (mandatory) Ability to live-in

Working Hours 

• (6 x 24 (weekends working) 

     •        1 day off during weekday.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. We are looking for someone who is hard working. Cleaning schedule takes place when the children are at school and cleaning must be done to a high standard. When the children are not at school, you will take care of them including waking up with them and making them food, playing with them etc. If we are going on a family day out, you will prepare them to go out, as you will for school and do any outstanding housework whilst we are out. 

All medical expenses such as prescriptions or specific foods that you eat must be provided by yourself, we are only providing the food that we eat. Sometimes if we are out, you will make your own food and you will also help to prepare meals and clean up afterwards when we are eating inside the home.
