1. Introduction 

Welcome to  Work Link – a digital platform connecting job seekers and employers across Northern Cyprus. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. 

2. Account Registration 

To access our services, users must create an account as either a Job Seeker or Employer. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. 

3. Use of Services 

 

3.A. Job Seekers may search and apply for positions free of charge. 

3.B. Employers may purchase job posting packages to advertise vacancies. 

3.C. Work Link reserves the right to modify or remove any content that violates our policies or local laws. 

 

4. Accuracy of Information 

Work Link cannot verify the authenticity or accuracy of job postings or candidate information. All users are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is truthful and lawful. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software used on Work Link are the intellectual property of Work Link and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from the website without prior written permission from Work Link. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

Work Link provides a digital connection platform and does not act as an employer or recruitment agency. While reasonable steps are taken to verify listings and protect user data, Work Link is  not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users or for any data misuse by third parties . 
Work Link shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: 

6.A.  Inaccurate or misleading job postings or CV content. 

6.B.  Failure of a user to obtain a job, hire a candidate, or receive a response. 

6.C.  Misuse of information by other users, employers, or third parties. 

6.D.  Data breaches, security issues, or service interruptions beyond our control. 

6.E.  Unauthorized access due to weak passwords or user negligence. 

6.F.  Any actions or outcomes resulting from communication or agreements made outside the platform. 

By creating an account and clicking  “I Accept” , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the  Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy , and  Refund Policy , and you accept that Work Link cannot be held liable for the actions of employers, candidates, or any third-party misuse of shared data. 

7. Refund Policy Reference 

All refunds are subject to the  Refund Policy , available on our website. Users must review and agree to it before purchasing any paid service. 

8. Termination of Accounts 

Work Link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC). 

10. Acceptance of Terms 

By registering, using the platform, or clicking “I Accept”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the  Privacy Policy , and the  Refund Policy . You also acknowledge that Work Link cannot be held responsible for the outcomes of using this platform. 

Work Link – Privacy Policy 

1. Purpose 

This policy explains how Work Link collects, uses, and protects personal data in compliance with the  KKTC Data Protection Law (2007) and GDPR principles.

We collect personal data that you provide when registering, posting jobs, or applying for positions. This includes:

2.B. CV, cover letter, and work history. 

2.C.  Employer details and job posting information.

3.B. Contractual necessity: To provide services such as CV storage, job postings, and application management.

4.B. To display job postings and CVs to registered users.

5. Data Responsibility 

Work Link acts as a  data controller for personal data stored within our system. However, once a CV or job posting is shared between registered users,  Work Link is not responsible for how employers, candidates or third parties process or handle that data . 
Users should exercise discretion and review the data-handling practices of any other party they engage with on the platform. 

6. Data Retention 

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data or close your account at any time by contacting us. 

7. Security Measures 

We use secure encryption and restricted access systems to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe. 

8. User Rights 

You have the right to: 

8.A.  Access the personal data we hold about you. 

8.B.  Request correction of inaccurate information. 

8.C.  Request deletion of your account and associated data.

By using Work Link and clicking  “I Accept” , you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the  Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions , and  Refund Policy . 

No. Creating an account, uploading your CV, and applying for jobs are completely free for job seekers. 

Click on “Sign Up,” choose “Job Seeker” or “Employer,” and fill in the required details. Job seekers can also upload their CV to make applications faster.

After logging in, go to your dashboard, click on “My CV,” and upload a new document or update your details directly.

Yes, employers with active accounts can view CVs of job seekers. If you prefer privacy, you can set your CV to “hidden.”

Simply log in, find a job listing that interests you, and click “Apply Now.” Your application and CV will be sent directly to the employer.

Yes. Your personal job seeker dashboard allows you to track which jobs you’ve applied for and their status.

Click on “Forgot Password” at login, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset it.

Some employers require a cover letter, while others don’t. If it’s optional, we recommend including one to increase your chances.

Yes. You can update or remove your profile information anytime from your dashboard.

Please report it to us immediately using the “Report Job” button. We take fraudulent postings seriously and investigate quickly.

After applying, you’ll see a confirmation in your dashboard, and the employer will receive your CV instantly.

You can set up job alerts in your dashboard by selecting your preferred job titles, industries, or locations. Whenever a new job matches your criteria, you’ll receive an email notification.

Yes, but it depends on the employer’s requirements. Some roles may require local residency or permits.

Employers can create an account, purchase a job posting package, and then add their vacancy to appear on our site.

Each job post stays active for 30 days, unless the employer closes it earlier.

Yes, we review all listings before publishing to reduce fake or misleading posts.

Work Link – Refund Policy  

1. Purpose  

This policy ensures fair and transparent refund terms for services purchased through Work Link, including job posting packages and optional CV or cover letter services.  

2. Employer Job Postings  

Refunds may be issued  only in the following cases:  

2.A. The posting was not published due to a verified system error.  

2.B. A duplicate payment was made in error.  


Refunds are not issued once a job post has been successfully published or is visible on the site.   

 

3. CV & Cover Letter Services  

Refunds are available  only if:  

3.A. The service has not yet been started or delivered.  

3.B. A duplicate payment occurred.  


Once a CV or cover letter has been completed and sent to the client, no refunds will be issued.   

 

4. Refund Request Procedure  

All refund requests must be made within  3 days of purchase by contacting us at  info@worklinkcy.com . Each case will be reviewed individually.  

5. Processing Time  

Approved refunds will be processed within  10 business days via the same payment method originally used.  

6. Acceptance of Terms  

By purchasing any service through Work Link, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, along with our  Terms & Conditions and  Privacy Policy .  

At the moment, posting a job is completely free as part of our limited-time introductory offer. This allows companies to share their job openings and attract candidates at no cost.

In the near future, we will be launching a selection of job posting packages designed to suit different hiring needs and budgets. These packages will offer various features such as increased visibility, highlighted listings, and extended posting durations. More information on pricing and options will be available soon.

We do not offer refunds once a job listing has been published. Please review your listing and package details carefully before submitting payment.

If you believe you were charged in error or encountered a technical problem, please contact our support team within 24 hours at info@worklinkcy.com . We will review your case and assist you accordingly.

Yes, you can edit or deactivate your job listing from your employer dashboard. However, refunds are not issued for removed or edited posts.
