3. Use of Services

3.A. Job Seekers may search and apply for positions free of charge.

3.B. Employers may purchase job posting packages to advertise vacancies.

3.C. Work Link reserves the right to modify or remove any content that violates our policies or local laws.

4. Accuracy of Information

Work Link cannot verify the authenticity or accuracy of job postings or candidate information. All users are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is truthful and lawful.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software used on Work Link are the intellectual property of Work Link and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from the website without prior written permission from Work Link.

6. Limitation of Liability

Work Link provides a digital connection platform and does not act as an employer or recruitment agency. While reasonable steps are taken to verify listings and protect user data, Work Link is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users or for any data misuse by third parties.

Work Link shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

6.A. Inaccurate or misleading job postings or CV content.

6.B. Failure of a user to obtain a job, hire a candidate, or receive a response. 6.C. Misuse of information by other users, employers, or third parties.

6.D. Data breaches, security issues, or service interruptions beyond our control. 6.E. Unauthorized access due to weak passwords or user negligence.

6.F. Any actions or outcomes resulting from communication or agreements made outside the platform.

By creating an account and clicking “I Accept”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, and you accept

that Work Link cannot be held liable for the actions of employers, candidates, or any third-party misuse of shared data.

7. Refund Policy Reference

All refunds are subject to the Refund Policy, available on our website. Users must review and agree to it before purchasing any paid service.

8. Termination of Accounts

Work Link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC).

Work Link acts as a data controller for personal data stored within our system. However, once a CV or job posting is shared between registered users, Work Link is not responsible for how employers, candidates or third parties process or handle that data.

Users should exercise discretion and review the data-handling practices of any other party they engage with on the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data or close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Security Measures

We use secure encryption and restricted access systems to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe.

Work Link – Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This policy ensures fair and transparent refund terms for services purchased through Work Link, including job posting packages and optional CV or cover letter services.

2. Employer Job Postings

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

2.A. The posting was not published due to a verified system error. 

2.B. A duplicate payment was made in error.

Refunds are not issued once a job post has been successfully published or is visible on the site.

3. CV & Cover Letter Services

Refunds are available only if:

3.A. The service has not yet been started or delivered. 3.B. A duplicate payment occurred.

Once a CV or cover letter has been completed and sent to the client, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase by contacting us at info@worklinkcy.com . Each case will be reviewed individually.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the same payment method originally used.

6. Acceptance of Terms
