Can you
∗ pour a perfect pint without creating a foam mountain?
∗ Know the difference between a rum and a whisky?
∗ Keep your cool when the bar’s three-deep?
∗ Smile through the rush and still remember who’s next and what they drink?
∗ Know the difference between sarcasm as humour and have a sharp wit
If the answer is yes, you might be our kind of human.
✨ What you’ll do:
∗ Serve drinks quickly and spot-on
∗ Chat, laugh, and understand the word “banter”
∗ Know that “bar closing” doesn’t mean “I’ve finished” – there’s all the back room stuff to do to keep the bar the best in the area.
✨ You are:
∗ Fast on your feet
∗ Cool under pressure
∗ Have the best “bar face” in the business
∗ Experienced behind a bar — or a quick learner with the right energy
∗ Strong and healthy (there’s a lot of barrel lifting)
∗ Evening/weekend availability is vital (we don’t do very late nights, we do great nights)
